Firstly take a pan. Heat water in it and allow it to boil.

Then add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, beans, garlic, ginger, green peas and some coriander.

Boil for 7-9 minutes. Then add turmeric powder and salt.

Now add white oats and cook for 6-8 minutes..

Now add ghee and garnish with coriander.

Masala oats is ready to eat..

It's very easy to cook.. And fulfill your tummy when you are on diet..
