  • 1Avocado
  • 1 cloveGarlic *grated
  • 150 gSilken Tofu OR 1/2 cup Thick Cream
  • 1 tablespoonLemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoonsParmesan Cheese *grated
  • Salt & Pepper
