  1. 1/2chicken
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/2 tspginger
  4. Onions
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Oil
  7. Water
  8. 1 pinchblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut and wash the chicken

  2. 2

    In a pot put chicken and mix everything and let it boil

  3. 3

    Until the chicken is ready

  4. 4

    Let it cool

  5. 5

    In a pot put oil when its hot put chicken piece by piece and reduce the heat

  6. 6

    When its brown turn the other side and remove from heat

  7. 7

    Ready to serve.
