Today I make Apple barffi, as today is last fast of Navraatri, and on children's demand I try this recipe with small quantities and friends I am very happy that my efforts was successfully appreciate by children's and all other members at home. It's really very yammy .

Today I make Apple barffi, as today is last fast of Navraatri, and on children's demand I try this recipe with small quantities and friends I am very happy that my efforts was successfully appreciate by children's and all other members at home. It's really very yammy .

Take a non stick pan or kadai, switch on the gas and make it on slow to medium falme. Add powder sugar and stir it for 1 mint, add Graeted coconut and cook for 5-7 mint continusly mix it with sugar adding 1 spoon of water.

Slowly it's colour change into little brownish, that enough don't done it too much drak, add Apple's in it, mix it well, add 2 spoons of water not much then that, bcoz Apple's also removes it's jucies,

Add pinch of food colour which ever you like, I have sanduri colour present at home so I add pinch of it, along with cinnamon powder, add mix it well, cook until all water evaporate,

Switch off gas let it cool upto room temperature, take a aluminium try or you can take a steel plate, spread little oil on it and greace it on all sides, so after ready our barffi pcs comes out easily,

Put all this on plate or try and press evenly

Keep it in freez for at least 2 hour, after that cut it's pieces according to shape you like, Your APPLE Barffi is Ready.
