Ingredients

6-8 hours
6-8 servings
  • 1 bagdiced potatoes frozen
  • 1/2yellow onion
  • 1/2green or red pepper (optional)
  • 2 cupsdiced ham cooked (or bacon or sausage)
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 6-8eggs (scrambled and seasoned)
  • 1green onion

Steps

6-8 hours
  1. 1

    Coat bottom of crock pot with cooking spray. Layer in potatoes. Then Peppers and Veggies. Next Meat. You can use bacon, sausage, ham, or any and all of the above! Followed by Cheese. Finally layer eggs (scrambled wt whatever seasonings you like) poured over the top.

  2. 2

    Cover. Heat on Low when you go to bed!

    Wake Up and Serve! 6-9 hours depending on quantity and individual crockpot.
