Ingredients

  1. 3big ndumas
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1.capsicum
  4. 3.large tomatoes
  5. 4.2carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the ndumas into pieces and wash them.

    In a cooking pot, fry your onions and capsicum, when golden brown, add the tomatoes.

    After two minutes, add the carrots

    Add the ndumas

    Stir and add a cup of water,boil for 15 mins

    Serve hot with a drink.
