500 gmCauliflower wash and cut into small pieces
150 gmgram flour
to tastesalt
to tastered chilli
as neededchat masala
as neededoil for deep fry

Take a big big bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, required water and make pakoda batter.

Dip small gobhi pieces intk batter and dwep fry in medium hot oil.

Take it out when it half coikwd.

Once again deep fry all pakodas
5

Sprinkle chat masala and serve with chutney.
