Steps

First roast the baingan,after roast peel and mashed it

Heat oil in a wok add cumin when crackle add chopped onion and saute till golden in colour.

Now add green chilli,ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato and salt,mix well saute till leave the oil.

Add all spices and mashed baingan mix it well. cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add garam masala and green coriander and mix it well.

Serve hot with chapati.
