Ingredients

  • Ground meat (your choice)
  • Soft tortillas
  • Sweet salsa
  • Onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Cream cheese
  • 3other cheese (your choice)
  • Alfredo sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Season & brown ground meat, with onions & peppers. Once finished, drain extra fat, put in a bowl & mix salsa & some cheese within.

    Cover the bottoms of a casserole dish with Alfredo sauce (Some not all).

  3. 3

    Spread some cream cheese on tortillas & then meat mixture. Roll each up & place in dish. Cover all with remaining Alfredo sauce & cheese. Cover dish & put in oven on 350 for about 20-30mins

  4. 4

    Take cover off after 15mins. Take them out and enjoy.

Growing up with lots of kids @ my g-mom’s house (19 to be exact) I watched that southern raised woman make lots of meals from scratch. I work 2 jobs now, but every Sunday I try to give my family a meal to really enjoy. Plus I LOVE to eat lol
