Sabudana khichdi

Wash and soak sabudana for 7 to 8 hours. Boil two potatoes peel and cut in to the small cubes.

In soaking sabudana mix sendha namak as per taste, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1 lemon juice, green chillies small pieces mix well keep it a side.

Put one pan on flame add 2 tablespoon oil add jeera curry patta and green chilli pieces roast little now add roasted and grounded peanuts mix well. Now add sabudana mixture to the tadka and mix it well. Cooked it by continues stirring approx 8 to 10 minutes. Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
