Ingredients

1 kgChicken
1 bunchpalak cleaned and blanced
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
100 grams curd
2 onions sliced
as required oil
to taste salt

Steps

Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion then add ginger garlic paste and saute,add all the spices and fry the masalas until it leaves the oil.Add chicken pieces and allow it to cook on low flame.

When half done add curd then add palak and let it cook completely.serve hot with roti.
