Steps

Make a soft dough mixing maida, salt, water and oil

Cover it and give rest period of half hour

In a wok mix mashed potatoes and all other ingredients
- 4
Roll a roti thin size from dough. Use maida or rice flour for dusting. Roast it on both sides on tawa and keep aside
- 5
Cut the roti in long rectangular shape and fill the potato fillings seal the sides with cornflour slurry and deep fry it
- 6
Serve it hot with chutney
