Ingredients

2 servings
  • 100 gMaida
  • 1 tspSalt
  • Oil for dough two tbsp and rest for deep frying
  • 1 cupBoiled and mashed potato
  • 1 tspGinger chilli paste
  • as neededSalt
  • 1/ tsp juice
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped cilantro
  • Water as needed for dough approx half cup
  • as neededCornflour slurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough mixing maida, salt, water and oil

  2. 2

    Cover it and give rest period of half hour

  3. 3

    In a wok mix mashed potatoes and all other ingredients

  4. 4

    Roll a roti thin size from dough. Use maida or rice flour for dusting. Roast it on both sides on tawa and keep aside

  5. 5

    Cut the roti in long rectangular shape and fill the potato fillings seal the sides with cornflour slurry and deep fry it

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with chutney
