Ingredients

  • 10-12 slicesbrown bread
  • 1potato, boiled & mashed
  • 100 gm paneer, mashed
  • 2 tbsp.fried onions
  • 1-2green chilies, chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp.coriander leaves, chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsp.turmeric powder
  • 1tomato, chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp.coloured bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp.sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp.chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp.garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp.lime juice
  • pinchpepper powder
  • butter as required
  • tomato sauce as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients, except butter and tomato sauce. keep aside.

    On one side of a bread apply some butter......and on the other side some sauce. Place little of the paneer mix on the sides with sauce.

    Place another slice over it and fry on a grilled pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

    Serve with tomato sauce / green chutney as breakfast / tea-time snack.
