the first coleslaw recipe i made and loved, this is a variation of a recipe i found online. I use a food processor to shred the veggies. Before I got a food processor I would just criss-cross cut the cabbage and use a peeler on the carrot! Be careful not to use too much onion!

2Carrots shredded
1cabbage core shredded
Halfa small onion minced
2 tbspsugar
1/4 tspsugar
1/4 tsppepper
1/2 cupmayo
2 tbspwhite vinegar
1 tspdijon mustard
1 tsphalf and half

Mix veggies together☆☆☆

Mix dressing in separate bowl

Pour, fold, mix and combine veggie and dressing~☆☆☆

Cover, chill, wait a few hours, mix again then enjoy!!!! Put on hot dog, eat a few bites after midnight or enjoy with your favorite bbq~ ☆
