Ingredients

2 cupwheat flour
1 cupfenugreek (Methi) wash and chopped
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspcumin seeds
as neededOil

Steps

Take a big Bowl add all ingredients avoid oil.

Make a soft dough & rest for 15-20 minutes.

After 20 minutes,Prepare like. Roti and spread oil /ghee on both sides on the medium heat till golden colour or Crispy.

Methi thepla is ready serve with Your favorite Rayeta, chuttni or pickle.
