Ingredients

50cookies
  • 700 gbutter
  • 350 gsugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1000 gflour
  • Vanilla extract or any desired flavor
  • Red jam (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy

  2. 2

    Add the eggs one at a time and mix well between each addition

  3. 3

    Fold in flour and vanilla extract

  4. 4

    Using a piping bag pipe (with a desired nozzle) little cookies on a lined baking tray

  5. 5

    Pipe some jam in the middle of each cookies.

  6. 6

    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 mins
