  • 3egg yolks
  • 60 gcaster sugar
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 200 gmascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin

    In a bowl whip whopping cream

    In another bowl Beat egg yolks until thick and pale for about 5 mins

    Add mascarpone cheese to 5

    Mix whipping cream

    Put gelatin and mix well

    Spread the mixture on in a serving dish over the biscuit. Let the surface smooth using spatula.

    Cover tiramisu with plasric wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

    When you serve, sprinkle cacao power to decorate your tiramisu!
