Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsboneless chicken cut into bite size pieces or strips
  2. 1Carrot cut into strips
  3. 1medium sized potato cut into small pieces
  4. 2 cupsroughly chopped Cabbage
  5. 1 cupgreen Beans cut into long pieces
  6. 1big onion chopped
  7. 1fresh chilli chopped
  8. 1 teaspoonginger-garlic paste or crushed
  9. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  10. 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tablespoonOlive oil or Vegetable oil
  13. 1 teaspooncrushed Black pepper
  14. 2-3stems of Spring Onion
  15. 200 gramsNoodles of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Olive oil in a saucepan and add onions.

  2. 2

    Saute for a minute and then add ginger-garlic paste or crushed.

  3. 3

    Saute for few more seconds and then add chicken pieces and vegetable pieces.

  4. 4

    Fry for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Pour in 1 litre of hot water and salt.

  6. 6

    Cook in high heat for about 15 minutes.

    Reduce the heat and add tomato paste.

    Mix well and cook for 5 minutes more.

    Add soya sauce and black pepper. Give it a mix.

    In a separate pan cook noodles according to the instructions given.

    Drain and transfer them in soup bowls.

    Add chopped spring onion to he soup before removing from heat.

    Pour hot soup with vegetables over the noodles.

  14. 14

    Sprinkle some chilli flakes or fresh chopped chilli and serve immediately.
