Steps

Put oil in a pot and fry the fish until it's well cooked and set aside

Place another pot add oil and onions,fry the onions until they turn golden brown

Add chopped bell pepper, carrots, chopped tomato,tomato's paste and garlic and ginger paste, mix well

When the curry is well cooked,now peel off your fish to separate it from bones.

Now add the fish fillets without bones and mix

Add lemon juice and leave it for 2 min

The fish curry is ready
