  1. 2dishes fresh omena
  2. Garlic powder
  3. Chilli powder
  4. Onion
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. Frying oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry omena till golden brown using a lot of oil. If you use little oil it will be soggy

  2. 2

    Drain too much oil and add onions

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes to cook first the rest of the spices

  4. 4

    Add salt and mix

  5. 5

    Cool and later serve with Ugali. Yummy
