Soak overnight the chole and boil the chole for 15 mins.

Take a wok heat oil and put cumin seeds and saute for 2 mins.

Now add all dry spices and mix well.

Cook for 4 mins.

Add boiled chane in it and saute for 2 mins.

Add water and cook for 5 -6 mins.

It's ready now put garam masala and serve.
