Take a pressure cooker add lobia wash and soaked over night.

Then boil lobia add half tsp of salt then boil for 10 minutes.

Take a wok add mustard oil,when mustard oil starts to smoke add garlic saute then add onion and ginger saute till brown colour add all dry masalas and tomato puree saute well.

Then add lobia and gravy cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes sprinkle green coriander and serve.
