1/2 cupgram flour
1 cupoil to fry
1 tbspschezwan chutney
to tasteSalt
to tasteChat masala

Cut onion into thin slices.

Mix schezwan chutney into it.

Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder to gram flour. Mix this dry flour with onion.

Fry it in hot oil on medium flame.

Crispy schezwan Onion fritters are ready to serve.
