Steps

Mix salt and ajwain in gram flour and all purpose flour & knead the tight dough. Mix all dry spices together and grind them.

Take a small size ball of dough and make chapati.now spread the grind masala on it. Cover with another chapati.press them & cut into square shape.

Heat oil in a medium flame. Fry all square bhakharwadi on medium flame till golden brown.
- 4
Our BHAKARWADI is ready. Serve with tea. Store in air tight container for 15 to 20 days.
