  2. 1 kgicing sugar
  3. 1 tbsGlycerine
  4. 1 1/2 tspshortening
  5. 100 gmsglucose
  6. 1/2 cupwater

    Add gelatin in cold water and let it bloom. Add shortening Glycerine and let it melt.

    Sieve icing sugar and glucose in a bowl.

    Mix the two together to obtain a smooth consistency.

    Place on a smooth surface and knead

    Knead together till soft.

    Cover in cling film 8 let it rest before using. For storage Put in an airtight container.
