
Cooking Instructions

Take an onion, green pepper and portobello mushrooms. Chop up in fine pieces and cook in skillet until soft. Add Worcestershire sauce while cooking.

Add all ingredients in bowl and mix.

Roll meat in a ball and then take a soup can or bottle and create a bowl like area in the burger.

Take cooked onion, green pepper and mushrooms and fill the burger.
- 5
Take cheddar cheese and place on top the burger. Sprinkle lightly with Tony’s seasoning.

Cook on BBQ grill on low heat without flipping until done.
- 7
Enjoy.
