Steps

Slice veggies, onions, pepper and set aside.

Wash shrimps and Steam with onions, pepper, curry, seasonings, allow to cook till done and be sure to have stock

Wash rice and parboil for few minutes, wash again and boil till almost dry then add a little from the sliced veggies and wen totally dry, turn off heat

Put vegetable oil in a pan, when hot, add onions, and stir, add sliced tomatoes and stir briefly then add veggies, a bit of curry powder, add seasonings and stir, add the shrimps and stir, cover to cook for another minute and then add the boiled shrimp stock and cover to cook properly for the juices to mix and enter the shrimps well well 😁, taste to be sure everything is appropriate and balance if not. Allow for about 3-5mins and off heat.
