Select dirts off beans, wash and put in a pressure pot for about 15mins to cook till very soft

Chop onions, blend crayfish and pepper, add them into the pot, add seasonings, add palm oil and cover again to cook.

After a few minutes open and stir, stir at few mins interval till properly cooked and serve.
