Steps

Grease a baking tray & dust it with flour & keep aside, preheat the oven to 180°c.

In a mixing bowl add butter & sugar & beat well for 10-12min, then add curd & again beat well.

Then sieve maida along with baking powder & baking soda & keep aside, add this to the wet ingredients & mix well.

Then add warm milk & mix everything nicely, then add rasmalai extract & rose essence & mix well.

Lastly add chopped pistachios & mix well, pour the batter in a greased mould & bake it in a preheated oven for 40-45min over 180°c.

After 40min insert a toothpick & check if it comes clean, cool the cake for atleast 3-4hours & then slice it, enjoy with tea or coffee.
