  1. 1 kgGoat meat
  2. 1/4 kgFresh pepper
  3. Salt
  4. 2 cubesStar
  5. 2Onion
  6. 1 teaspoonMixed spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the goat meat in small pieces,rinse and boil with salt,onion and star cubes with intense heat for 40mins it has to be chewable.

  2. 2

    Blend the fresh pepper with ginger. Bleach redoil and fry onion and the blended fresh pepper then put in the goat meat fry all in 20minutes.
