Ingredients

  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cupwater(adjust for desired thickness)
  • 1small onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1small root ginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4large green peppers
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbsppeptang chillie sauce(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onions, garlic, ginger & pepper into small pieces (gives the blender an easier time and its fast to work with)

  2. 2

    Put everything in a blender and pulse until everything is disintegrated and well mixed. You should have a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Serve or chill until serving time.
