Steps

Wash the poha twice with water properly. Keep it aside.

Cut onion ginger and green chillies.

Take a pan. Add peanuts and fry it. Take out peanuts and add oil to it.

Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and hing to it. Let it crackle and then add onion, green chillies, fry it after that add 1/2 tsp sugar and then add peanuts to it

Add poha to it and then add salt and turmeric powder to it. Cook it for few mins.Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves to it.
