Buttered Veggie Rice, Palm oil egg sauce,baked beans and salad

1. Wash and grate the cabbage, carrot, cucumber. Dress in a bowl and keep in the fridge as Salad is best eaten cold. 2. Boil the Rice. 3. Dice the green peas, green pepper, carrot and add to the cooked rice, spread butter on it.

4. Heat the red oil, add chopped onions, grinded fresh tomatoes and pepper, seasoning, cubes, ginger, garlic. 5. Add the fresh beaten eggs, salt to taste. 6. Sieve the water from the baked beans. 7. Add mayonnaise to a portion of the salad needed at the time.

7. Serve the buttered vegetable rice, baked beans, freshly made vegetable salad with the red oil egg sauce.
