Knead the dough keep it aside, boil peas a bit, cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes..

Take a pan, put some oil, cumin seeds and garlic, turmeric powder then add peas, potatoes and carrots sauté it until ready

Put it in a sinia to cool off, then add coriander leaves, chopped onions and garam masala (optional) and green chillies (optional)

Take the dough make small balls and roll them out into small chapatis.. Then put oil on the chapati and stake them up-to 5 on top of each other.. Then roll them out again..

Put on the pan and remove one chapati after another.. And cut into four

Mix little flour with water to make glue and start folding and filling the samosas

Then deep fry and serve with chutney and tea
