Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots (Chinese Style)

First, bring water to a boil. Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces. When the water is boiling, without adding salt or anything else, add the chicken pieces. (Do not add salt, as the soy sauce is salty.)

Once the chicken pieces are cooked, place them in a bowl. Add the half cup of soy sauce, the tablespoon of honey, and the half tablespoon of cornstarch. The mixture should look like the photo. Set aside.

Make sure your vegetables are cleaned and cut into pieces (as shown in the photo).

In a pot, heat some oil. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, carrots, and broccoli.

Add the reserved chicken mixture to the vegetables. Cover and once you feel it's ready, remove from heat and enjoy. 😋😋😋😋
