  • 1/2 kgchicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/2tps salt
  • 2 tspgarlic
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 2/3 cupcornbread mix (available in supermarkets)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil.

    Slice the chicken strips and season.
