Ingredients

  • 16 ouncesbeef broth
  • 1/2 stickbutter divided
  • 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  • 2 tablespoonsall purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt half the butter and add the flour making a Roux.

    When the Roux has cooked for 5 minutes add the rest of the ingredients.

    Simmer stirring constantly till thickened.
