100 gmrefined flour

100 gmbread crums
1lemon
To tasteGinger/garlic paste
To tasteChaat masala

Mix lemon,salt,pepper,red chilli,ginger/ garlic paste and chaat masala

In chicken and keep it for 1/2 hr

Heat oil

Now dip the chicken first in maida then in beated egg and then in bread crums and deep fry them in slow flame
