Ingredients

  • 500 gmFish
  • 200 gmBoiled potatoes
  • 300 gmFinely chopped onion
  • 50 gmFinely chopped ginger
  • 60 gmFinely chopped green chilli
  • 10-20 gmGaram masala
  • 30 gmFinely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 500 gmBread crumbs
  • 4-5 Eggs
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan boil the boneless fish

  2. 2

    In another pan add ginger,onion, green chilies cook until golden brown

  3. 3

    Add boiled mashed potatoes and mash fish cook for about 10 min

  4. 4

    Add garam masala,salt and coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Then make any shape out of the mixture each party should be around 55to60 gm each

  6. 6

    Then dip the patty in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Then deep fry it until it turns into golden brown

  8. 8

    Serve hot with sauce or chutney
