Scrambled eggs with ugali and kales

Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1tomato
  3. Midium sized onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. Dania

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop onion and put it in a sufuria. add cooking oil and fry till it turns golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomato and Dania.

  3. 3

    Whisk the two eggs in a bowl and add to the mixture

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste and cook for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve it with ugali and kales.
