5-6 servings

5tomatoes chopped
1 cupdates and mango papad chopped
1/4 cupcashew-raisins
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspchilli flakes
1 tspmustard seeds
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds

Add tomatoes and saute adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Cover till tomato is soft
4

Add chopped dates and mango papad cover it till it is soft
5

Add sugar chilli flakes and cashew-raisins and boil till it is thick
6

Serve it cool
