Steps

Take one bowl..add gram flour,semolina,curd,sugar,salt,lemon & keep rest it for 25 min

Add Eno & mix all battter gently..

Take tin cover it with oil..& keep batter into the tin...

Steem it till it becomes sponzy.

Another side heat oil,add mustard seeds,curry leaves,lemon juice,sugar,salt,water & heat it for 3 min,let it cool

Demould the dhokla.Cut it into square pieces,add water mixer on Dhokla.

Your Dhokla is ready to serve
