  • 500 gramBoneless chicken slice
  • 5 tablespoonsMilk
  • to tasteSalt add
  • Chopped green chilli as your taste
  • 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
  • 1 tablespoonGinger+garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupMint leave
  • 1/2 cupCurry leave
  • 2 tablespoonsLemon juice
  • 2egg
  • 5 tablespoonCornflour
  • 5 tablespoonsButter
  • White oil
  • 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  • Red chilli as your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    4-5 hrs Marinated chicken with milk, salt,egg, cornflour

  2. 2

    Deep fry by white oil

  3. 3

    Then heat a fry pan

  4. 4

    Added buttter then

  5. 5

    Added ginger, garlic,mint,curry leave all ingredients fry well

  6. 6

    Then added chicken

  7. 7

    Added Soya sauce,turmaric, red chilli,green chilli salt

  8. 8

    All ingredients cook well 15-20 minutes

  9. 9

    Done majestic👍
