Ingredients

  1. 3-4bone in pork chops
  2. 4 cupsbrown rice
  3. 3 1/2 cupswater
  4. 1 1/2 tsprosemary
  5. 1 1/2 tsponion powder
  6. to taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Set oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Spray a baking dish with cooking spray, and put in your rice.

  3. 3

    Boil water and pour over rice.

  4. 4

    Place chops on top and season with onion powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

  5. 5

    Cover with foil and bake for 45 min to an hour.
