Heat oil in the kadai. When the oil is hot, simmer the heat to low and fry the poha make until crisp. Drain on a tishu Lined plate.

Deep fry peanuts in the same oil until browned and crisp.

Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan add curry leaves,green chilli and fry until they are crisp.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry for a few seconds.

Now add corn flakes, poha and peanuts and mix well. Add Salt to taste,chat masala and mix well.

Cool the mixture and Store in a airtight container for a 10 days.

Serve with tea or coffee.
