In the besan add salt, red chilli powder,jeera powder,garlic paste and egg.Mix everything with water and make a slightly thick consistency

Peel and cut potatoes in thin disc. Dip potatoes

Heat oil in the work. When the oil becomes hot add the potatoes slices one by one.

Fry on medium flame in small batches

Enjoy with chutney or sauce
