Add ghee in pressure cooker and grated fresh coconut,malai.

Cook it for 3 whistle till the cocunut soft.

Add all mixture in a pan or kadhai.

Cook till all water absorbed.

Add khoya and cardamom powder.

Add ghee.

Roast 4-5 minutes.

Grease a tray.

Add ready mixture of burfi.

Now cover with silver work.

Cut into shape if your choice.

Ready coconet khoya furfi
