First of all, grind curd and add into a kundi

Now add ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt to it mix it well

Take 1/2 teaspoon jeera in bowl, also add ghee to it, cook it untill it becomes dark brown in colour

Now add this to kundi,finally add boondi to it, garnish with coriander
- 5
Our raita is ready to serve
