Dry roast peanut.
Remove peel and grind in mixer to make fine powder. - 2
Boil beetroot along with 1 cup water.

Strain the boiled water.

Roast khoya for 2 minutes and keep aside.

Now boil strained boiled beetroot water.

Add sugar and elaichi powder to make 3 wire syrup.

Add peanut powder, khoya.

Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer this to greased plate.

Cool so that it will set.

Cut into desired shape.

Garnish with dry fruits.

Healthy yummy barfi is ready.
