Steps

Wash and soaked dal 4-5hrs. remove water.dal should be dry.

Now put aghee in a pan add Add almond and kaju saute and take out in a plate. now add 1tb. suji 1 tb. besan and saute.so moong dal will not stickin a pan. Now on another flame put milk in a pan add sugar and kesar and boil stir well.till it almost in 3/4 propertion

Now crushed moong dal in chilli cutter so u get pefect texture. and mix in a ghee mixture saute on a slow flame. stir continuously. till it should be fluffy and feel light. Now add milk and cardamom powder crushed nuts kiss miss mix well. till it should be in thick consistency.and ghee releasd.

Garnish with nuts. Yummy delicious moong dal halwa is ready to serve. All time favorite.
